    Hello Ashishek,

    Only question I would have is, I suppose some of your components are not populated to leave you flexibility like some of the resistors connected to RF/OC or PS.

    Do you also have the snubber circuit on SW already populated?

    Regarding the values of components, they look good to me.

    You can validate the values of your compensation network using the Webench model for this device. It is available on TPS53316 web page.
