TPS54302: Control the EN pin with a MCU

Part Number: TPS54302

I would use TPS54302.

And I want to control  the EN pin of TPS54302 with a MCU.

So, I will design a circuit below.

Does this circuit work correctly?
If not, would you please give me some advice ?

Intention
MCU-CTRL High →　Q1, Q2 ON → EN High → TPS54302 is enabled.
MCU-CTRL Low →　Q1, Q2 OFF → EN Low → TPS54302 is disabled.
