TPS65400: The user reference "Proguraming the TPS65400.pdf"

I found the document "Proguraming the TPS65400" from follow E2E article.

This document's page 1 says "example of a PFET circuit is shown on the TPS65400 EVM (consisting of components Q1, D1, and R31)."

But I can't find this circuit in EVM user guide.

What circuit this PFET circuit is reference?

Is It OK that I understand this circuit is same with EVM User Guide's one?

Or the circuit of attached file is example of circuit design used TPS65400?
