BQ25606: BQ25606 Cant make input current more then 0,5A

Hello!

Use typical scheme and layout, D+ and D- are floating, R Ilim = 470 Ohm, R Ichg = 1 kOhm and still input current cannot exceed 0.5A (DC power supply 5,1V, 1,5A limit)... Please help.
