TPS63031: About quiescent current

I am testing with the TPS63031

The circuits is as follows

It is a circuit that receives power from a 3V coin battery and outputs 3.3V

When measuring current consumption without applying any load, about 3.5mA is measured.

In your datasheet of TPS63031, device quiescent current is less than 50uA

It is different from what I measured.

What's wrong with my circuit

Can you let me know how to lower the quiescent current to 50uA

Please, help me.

Firstly, please check the application note to understand the IQ clearly: < IQ: What it is, what it isn’t, and how to use it> https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slyt412/slyt412.pdf

Then, I guess you may care about the no load. So here is another application note worthy to have a look:< Calculating and Measuring the No Load Input Current of the Boost Converter>

Finally, (and maybe most important for you.) you need to enable the TPS61031 power save mode. You need to set the PS pin to ground.
