TPS754: output capacitance and ESR

Hi,

I'm designing a board with the TPS75401-Q1 linear regulator.

Regarding the selection of the ouput capacitor it seems tat the ESR is critical because it has to be greater than 0.1 Ohm or 0,05 Ohm depending on total capacitance.

Can you suggest me a suitable capacitor(s)?

    Hi Pasquale, 

    We don't normally recommend passive components. If you are looking for capacitors, you may check out the Murata ones. They have a online tool that has all the characteristics of a capacitor.

    Hi Pasquale, 

    I received notice that you rejected the answer, may I know if I can provide further help? For most of the ceramic caps, it will meet the ESR requirement. The caps have many different sizes and other characteristics that will differ from each application and it's really difficult to give any recommendation on a specific cap.
