TPS22954: 2.5v rise time and fall time waveform

Hi Sir,

What is the tolerance(min&max) of this rise time? Is there a condition of VIN=2.5V that can be provided?

Is the discharge time in the figure the waveform of TPS22964? If not, discharge waveform of TPS22964 that can be provided?

The datasheet offers the timing for VIN=2.5V and VBIAS=2.5V. https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tps22954.pdf

Timing is dependent on a variety of factors like input voltage, output voltage, load and ambient temperature. This is why TI only specs typical values.

The discharge is through the QOD of this device and so it once again depends on the nature of the load. We do not offer min and max specs for timing.
