Hi Vincent,

All our products with parts are subjected to X-Ray scanning as part of manufacturing process.

We would like to know the x-ray limit of the part so that we can take counter measure in protecting it.

Hi Ripali,

When you asking the X-Ray limit, do you mean the voltage/power? We don't have a data for TPS65400 while suggest voltage below 80kV for most packages and power <1w.
