As shown in the figure, bq28z610 is used for primary protection, and Seiko IC is used for secondary protection. The over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, over-current protection, and short-circuit protection current values of the secondary protection are larger than those of the primary protection. That is, the secondary protection can be used only when the primary protection fails. So I don’t know whether the circuit diagram is reasonable or not. Will the Mos device in the red frame have any effect on bq28z610?

Hello Zheng,

I was looking at your schematic and I noticed that you have an extra ground (highlighted in yellow below). Did you add that for a specific reason? If not, I think you can remove it. Otherwise you're schematic looks good.
