WEBENCH® Tools/LMR33630: Simulate the negative output

Hi Team,

We would like to achieve below I/O by using LMR33630. (

1. Vin = 5V ; Vout = -10V ; Iout = 1.5A

2. Vin = 12V ; Vout = -10V ; Iout = 1.5A

Could you help provide simulation file which is using above I/O spec? (Like webench or simplis)

LMR33630 can't fit conditon1, cause the high side fet curretn will over 4.5A

for second conditon, we proivde buck boost simulation files in below link by Spice, you can use it.

Hello Daniel,

Thank you for your information.

I download the PSPICE model, and run the simulation of Startup_IBB-rans. But it spend a lot of time. Could we simulate the lower points to shorter the simulation time?

And how could we change to simulate the steady state response?

You can follow the Steady_state setup, change MODE=1, and setup the initial voltage on the output cap, it maybe faster.
