TPS61193-Q1: Confirmation regarding "K" value in Vboost formula

Our customer would like to confirm the following with TPS61193-Q1:

For "K" value, when to use the 0.88 or 1 in the calculation as the customer wanted to have a maximum Vout or 42V.
Also, what is the impact on the schematic if the K value changes if there's any?

Why 130Kohms is recommended in R2 in Vboost computation?

The customer also wanted to calculate the max power dissipation of the device and he needs the Internal Switching FET AC Characteristics.
Also wanted to calculate the AC Loss of FET.

Can you provide an answer to the inquiries above?
