Hi team,

A customer want recommended power management products on on Energy harvesting systems.

These products will be used on Solar battery input of indoor light and Fixed voltage output。

Feature are low voltage and low current, and high efficiency, a good efficiency even if the current is under 1mA。

Can you give me some suggestions?

Boost IC, Buck IC, and battery charge IC.

I also really appreciate if you can provide some reference designs.

I recommend using either BQ25505 or BQ25570 for your energy harvesting applications.

Looking at the front page of the BQ25505 and BQ25570 you can see it is possible to achieve efficiency in the 90% range with an input current of 100 uA. Please review the datasheets and create a new thread if you have any further questions.
