Hi,

We are using TPS5450-Q1 regulator in one of our current telematics project. We are facing some issues with meeting the sleep current, as the Quiescent current for the IC is 3-4mA.

We would like to know whether any alternate part number available with same spec & footprint with less Quiescent current.

Hello

If you need the full 5A of load current then you could look at the LM73605, or the LM61460.

They are not the same package, but they have much less Q current than the TPS5450.

If you only need 3A, then you could look at the LMR33630 or LM63635.

Otherwise, you will have to check the TI website for a suitable replacement.
