Hello experts.

Does the transient of the absolute maximum rating item "PH, 10ns transient" in the data sheet include switching overshoots and undershoots?

    Hi Keisuke,

    It includes overshoots and undershoots.  There is some ringing on PH node. If PH steady state voltage is 24V while the ringing exceeds 30V, it's not allowed.

    To clarify, this means if PH voltage reaches at -3.5V, the maximum time allowed is 10ns. For normal PH voltage, the negative values is within -1V. Hope it helps.
