TPS1H100-Q1: Question about CS pin

The time it takes for the current limit to engage and the Cs pin to be pulled high if there is a short to ground when first turning on is 180 uS. In normal operation it takes a few uS for the current limit to engage, but there is a deglitch time that needs to be considered as well. I will get back to you by EOD Monday on the value. You do not need the pull down resistor (Fig47) if you don't need to differentiate between open load or short to battery faults; however, the pull up resistor is necessary if you want to offset the current leakage from the output which is stated in more detail above figure 36.
