TPS22810: Unexpected discharge current

Part Number: TPS22810

Hi team,

In the condition of VIN=12V and EN is pulled down, when my customer applied 2.5V to Vout, they have seen an unexpected sink current into TPS22810 even though they left QOD open. The sink current into TPS22810 amounts to 3mA.

I couln't believe there is a leakage path from Vout to the inside of TPS22810 in the condition of QOD = open. But, just in case, could you check if there is the leakage path from Vout to inside of TPS22810?

[Condition]

VIN : 12V

EN : 0V

QOD : Open

CT : 2200pF

GND : 0V

I'm asking the waveform to customer. But, I appreciate it if you could check above question in advance.

Regards,

Saito
