Could you confirm the HTOL time and temperature condition for TLC6C5716-Q1?
On qualification report is indicated: See data sheet ”without giving precise indications.
In indicating the HTOL temperature it would be very useful to receive information on whether it refers to Tj, or Tamb
(and in this case, if you could also indicate the power dissipated by the device during the test it would be an interesting fact).
