LMG1205HBEVM: MOSFETs on the evaluation boards blew up

Hi Team,

A customer bought 2 sets of LMG1205HBEVM. He tested the boards without load at the supply voltage of 20V without any problem. Then he connected Tekpower 3710A and set it as a constant current load. He powered the board with a supply voltage of 50V. He slowly increase the load current by 1A and when he reached 4A the MOSFETs blew. Both evaluation boards blew up. According to him he followed exactly the test procedure mentioned on the manual. What could have caused the failure?
