I want to design 2s li-ion BMS. I need a help to find IC for below given specification.

No. of cell (min)=2

No. of cell (max)=4

Charge current = 1A to 3A

Over-voltage,Under voltage protection and fast cell balancing.

USB Charging optional.

Hello Prathamesh,

The only full solution in one IC we would have is the bq40z60, but it is easier to customize when you have a separate gauge and charger IC. I would recommend looking into the bq40z50-r3 which supports 2S-4S battery gauging, protection, and cell balancing.

The bq40z50-R3 will be a gauge device with balancing and protection. Please search on ti.com.
