Dear sir,
As per Datasheet Maximum output current is 300mA. Can we get 350mA peak current for 100ms?
Thanks

Kadam,
Depending on your Vin, Vout, and Inductance values (and the max ambient temp - see below), it should be possible to get 350mA of output current from this device.
Since the TPS62745 has a minimum HS current limit of 480mA, you would need to first make sure the peak inductor current (ILmax) does not exceed this value when the output current steps to 350mA (Ioutmax).
Using equations (1) and (2) from the datasheet (inserted below), you can calculate the ILmax for your application:
Note: Figures 14-17 in the datasheet may be used to approximate the switching frequency.
Additionally, please be aware that the increased current levels will also cause an increase in the device's operating temperature due to the proportional increase in the power dissipation of the device. Thus, additional precautions may need to be taken to ensure Tj does not exceed the 125C maximum.
FYI: you may use the efficiency curves in figures 6-9 of the datasheet to approximate the devices power dissipation (Pd):
Pd = eff * Pout
And in turn, Tj_max = Ta_max + Rtja*Pd_max
where Rtja = 68.1 C/W (from datasheet)
Sincerely,
-Matt
