Requirement:

Vin:19V, Vout:0.95V, 15~20A.

If you invoke WEBENCH with the parameters you specified, you will see there are 14 designs that meet your requirements: https://webench.ti.com/power-designer/switching-regulator .

You can then filter/sort the designs to determine which one is best for your application.
