TPS560430-Q1: PFM or FPWM ?

Part Number: TPS560430-Q1

Good day TI experts,

I am reading about TPS560430-Q1 PFM and FPWM version. I understand that PFM offers higher efficiency during light current loads (my application consumes low current about 220mA max).

But FPWM has low output voltage ripple, tight output voltage regulation, and constant switching frequency.

May I know what is the FPWM quantified low output voltage ripple and tight output voltage regulation compared to PFM?

I saw that both PFM and FPWM version have the same Vref voltage tolerance as shown below. So I don't understand what was meant by 'tight output voltage regulation' of FPWM compared to PFM.

Could someone please help to enlighten me so that I can make decision whether to choose PFM or FPWM? Thanks.
