I have an empty Supercapacitor of rated voltage 62Volt and a Battery bank of 60Volt. I want to regulate the current between them, when the voltage deifference between them is high )higher than 50Volt), because og their small internal resistance when will be in parallel the currne tbetween them can be more than 1kA .I want to limit it and charge the supercapcitor (through the battery or aonther power source) with reasonable current level such as 60A (and falling as the Scap is getting Chargerd).
