LP38511-ADJ: Do we have LDO under Vin=3.3V, Vout= 3.1V/600mA working condition?

Dear,

We are searching a LDO product uesd for Vin=3.3V, Vout=3.1V/600mA. It seems that LP38511-ADJ doesn't not meet the requirement, because the Vdo=260mV, 3.3V-0.26V=3.04V.

Do you have batter recommendation? Thanks.
