UCC2897A: Standby mode application in UCC2897A control chip

Good evening,

I was reading the UCC2897A chip datasheet and in the "JFET Control and UVLO" section" I found about Standby mode in response to an external command. But, I am not able to understand, how to put the chip on standby mode and what external command we are talking about?

Please help me to understand this functionality of the chip.

Hi Navin!

Thank you for reaching out and for your interest in the UCC2897A device! The LINEUV pin of the device can be pulled low to bring the device into Line Undervoltage Protection mode. Check out this E2E thread on the topic. For a little more detail, take a look at the LINEUV pin description in the datasheet.
