Dear Sir,

My customer is using configured 4 LEDs. and good working for Charging, discharging.

They have some problem as below table.

please refer to the attached GG file.SDB-3S1PA.gg.csv

1. when charging done, 2 LEDs of 4 LEDs are blinking.

2. BATTERY gauge is jumped from 4% to 0% during discharging.

please let me know any advise about this issue.

Hi Dexter,

Which LEDs are blinking? Please refer to section 8 of TRM for info on LED operation.

how to setting and configuration if using 4 LEDs.

Hi Dexter,

Looked at the log file, the device is unlearned. Completing a learning cycle should fix the SOC jumps. Also you should verifiy if they have a matching chemID.

You mean if completing a learning cycle that the blinking issue is done?

how to set register configuration for using 4 LEDs.

Do you have example setting value for using 4 LEDs.

Hi Dexter,

LEDMODE controls LED display when charging. For LEDs to function the chg current has to be greater than the chg current threshold.

Dear Nick,

if using 4 LEDs, how to set LED Display value.

please check setting values as below right? of not.

LED1 - 25%

LED2 - 50%

LED3 - 75%

LED4 - 100%

LED5 - 0%

Dear Nick,

When BATTERY is Full (SOC 100%).

It is different 4 LEDs status between DISP pin press button and command MAnufacturer Access = 0x002B.

could you please explain diffence thing when DISP pin press button or MAnufacturer Access = 0x002B.

When command MAnufacturer Access = 0x002B, the LED status is good working.
but when DISP pin press button, LED2, LED4 are brighter than LED1,LED3.

How to fix this issue. please advise me this issue.
