Tps63000 heats up and consumes current

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS63000

hi all

I used Tps63000 to provide 3.6V stable voltage from lithuim battery power supply, but the problem is when i tested this component with variable stabilized power supply without connecting any load, and with voltage input between 3V to 4.2V, I get a current consumption of 500mA and a heating of the component, all the capacitors used are ceramic, and the thermal pad and both PGN and GND pins of the TPS63000 are soldered in GND (ground plane).

I used an inductor of 2.2u (NR3015T2R2M) and I noticed that when I measure the resistance with a multimeter between one of the pins of the inductor and the ground I get a value of 7 ohm.
