TPS53627: Design procedure review

Could you go over if the design procedure is correct?

Target ICCMAX 50 A

1. 

RIMAX = 100kOhm to set fs as 900kHz from table 8 in DS

RF = 25kOhm to set ICCMAX in equation (5) in DS

Set I_OCP in equation (16) as 50*1.5=75 (ICCMAX with 50% margin)

EQ (16) : I_VALLEY = (75 / 2ph) - 0.5* (((12V-1.8V)*1.8V)/(12V*900kHz*0.22uH*2ph)) = 35.5681...A

EQ (15) 35.5681A* 0.5mOHM = VCS(OCP) = 17.78mV

So choose ROCP as 56kOHm from table 11 in DS (select the next higher setting.)

Lastly, set RIMON as 324.8kOhm using equation (29)

1.7 = 10 * (1+RIMON/56kOhm) * 0.5mOhm * 50A 

I need your urgent review on this so that I can confirm the customer.

    Iccmax+1=255*(RF/(RF+RIMAX))

    50A+1=255*(RF/(RF+100k)), RF=400k

    2.
