COT, Synchronous FlyBuck part with operating temp range -55 to 135 deg C for less than 2W, multi isolated output design

Hello TI,

Since, Online parameters search does not support  this temp range. Please share a list of parts supporting fly-buck topology targeting less than 2W DC-DC converter with multiple isolated outputs. Input could be 7 to more than 50V DC

  • Hello

Most of our devices will specify a junction temperature range, rather than an ambient temperature range.

The junction temperature will depend on the ambient temperature and the power loss in the device.

I don't believe that we have many devices with a -55C lower limit for junction temperature.  However we

do have devices with an upper limit of 150C for junction temperature.  You will need to search for a device with

a junction temperature of 150C; that might meet your needs.

    Thanks

  • Thanks Dear,

    Appreciate the prompt support.

To achieve operating temp range -55 to 135 deg C, would you recommend ambient measures, like Potting (material?) or other means !

Target product dimension is supposed to be within 20mm radius and 10mm height

  • Hello

It would be best if you could relax you ambient to something like -40C to 85C or 105C or at most 125C.

I am not sure what the best way to do that is for your specific case.

    Thanks
