Want module power solution for 0.85V/60A supply to power Xilinx Virtex Ultrascale+ FPGA

Is there a pre-designed module solution with 5V input and 0.85V at 60A(min) output?

This is for a Xilinx Virtex Ultrascale+ FPGA VCCINT power supply.

My initial search did not show one with that high of current output.
