Hi,

I have 2 questions:

1) Is it possible to make parallel connection of multiple channels on the same device? any counterback?

2) Is it possible to make parallel connection of multiple devices?

Hello Adolfo,

It is possible to make parallel connection of multiple channels on the same device. For more information about paralleling channels please read:

High-Side Switches Paralleling Channels

For our higher Ron devices (100 mOhm+), such as TPSxHxx devices, you can parallel the devices; however, for our lower Ron devices, such as TPSxHBxx/TPSxHAxx families, it is not recommended.
