In Figures 6-53 and 6-66 of the TPS650864 datasheet which correspond to PG_DELAY1 and PG_DELAY2 registers respectively, are the bit values indicated in these figures factory programmed default values? For example, in figures 6-4 and 6-11 the GPO3 programmable delay seems to be 75ms and 50 ms for TPS6508640 and TPS6508641 respectively, Does that mean these two devices are programmed at the the factory to have these delays by default or are these numbers for illustration purposes only and in reality the factory programmed delay values are 0ms?
