Customer is testing OCP on the device, but when it recover the loading the device still latch.
On the datasheet it mentioned this device is non-latch.
Can you help me to check what is wrong here?

Hi Kevin,
If you read page 8 of the datasheet, it mentions that over current itself is non-latching as long as the overcurrent does not cause the Vout to fall below the undervoltage threshold. If that happens, the undervoltage protection kicks-in and latches both the top and bottom MOSFET.
You can see that mentioned in the "Over/Under Voltage Protection" section.
