TPS7B81-Q1: IC IBIS Model Data Request

Hi Team,

My customer are request the IBIS or IBIS AMI model for some parts, can you provide its ?

Part number: TMP421AQDCNTQ1

I find that I can download the IBIS file in TI website with TPS7B81-Q1 page but it is actually a TPS7B81-Q1_TRANS-PSpiceFiles instead of IBIS file.

    Hi Kai, 

    For TPS7B81-Q1, only PSPICE models are provided. For most of the LDOs, we only provide PSPICE models. Is there a specific reason that you would like to have IBIS model and is it possible for you to help your customers with simulations using PSPICE?
