Your replacement EV2400 has been received yesterday, but it broke as soon as it was connected. My protection board is good, and my EV2300 is no problem. Because it takes more than 2 months for your company to handle the exception, I have not used the one I bought in July, so I want to handle the return. What should I do?

Can you walk through the process on how you arrived at the EV2400 is broken/damaged?

Did you expose the box to any EOS?

Hello,

When I linked to BQSTUDIO, I found the EV2400 display light was not on.So open the box to see, found the power chip hot.

Ok, seems like you may have damaged the board.

I would suggest you order a replacement and try it on a computer with good USB connection.

Hello, what caused the damage, why did it break when connected? My computer and BMS are good. There is no problem connecting EV2300 to use.

Quite honestly, this is strange.

I don't think we can begin the return process unless we know what happened to the unit.

Let me check on the testing done on EV2400s prior to shipping.

Hello, your test is good, but my connection just broke. How do you deal with this current situation? My EV2400 is also connected to P+ P- SDA

SCL, is this connection method okay? My BMS is also good, because my EV2300 can be used normally.

No, it does not connect to pack+ pin. This is why the EV2400 is most likely burned.

You cannot connect battery voltage.

I suggest you order a new one and make sure to follow the EVM user's guide.

Hello, if P+ cannot be connected, where should VOUT1.1 be connected?

When I first bought it, I didn't connect VOUT, and the EV2400 couldn't connect to BQstudio. After VOUT is connected to P+, EV2400 can be connected to BQstudio, but U9 becomes hot after a few minutes.

Could it be that this broken EV2400 can only be scrapped now?

Look at the EVM user's guide.

You will need to scrap this EV2400. You connected it wrong.

I think you probably damaged the EV2400 during a plug-in event.

I think you will need to scrap this.
