We are trying to design a power management system. 4 parallel cells were connected in 4 series in the system. We cannot see the design files for BQ25713. Can you send us this document? Is there anything else I should do to control 4 parallel cells? Should we use balancer, which one is best opinion for our system? ( 3.7 V 2200mAh 4serial 4 parallel)
