I am Facing issues in setting the FC flag in doing learn cycle, SOC,RSOC is not showing accurately, i have set FC flag set condition for 95% to 100% SOC, as RSOC,SOC are not showing properly FC is not setting to HIGH <---{[i am thinking this is the reason]}, another issue is minimum cell balancing is not performing ,my cell's maximum voltage is 3650 mV ,when i am charging the battery pack measured cell 1 voltage is going above 3700 mV, cell 2 : 3500 mv, cell 3:3500 mV, cell 4: 3300 mV, CELL 4 IS NEVER GETTING CHARGED TO 3650 mV, only CELL:1 is over charging [means cell balancing is not performing] ,as CELL 1 volyage is going 3700 mV ,XCHG is getting HIGH, as CELL 4 is not reaching its maximum voltage, Battery is never getting charged completely. Help me to resolve issue for FC Flag set, Balancing, RSOC ,
