I bought one of these to activate a 12v DC solenoid. I need help with what values of resistors and caps to start with to send 12v for about 1 second, then drop the voltage after that.
I was going to use 12v to pin 5 and 5v to pin 1 with a 7805 regulator. I just need some idea of what values to start with, I figure once I get it working I could change the resistor for the duty cycle.
