LM5145: VCC decoupling cap.

Part Number: LM5145

Hi,
In the datasheet of the LM5145 it is suggested to decouple the VCC pin with 1-5uF. On page 5 it is suggested to decouple to PGND and on page 17 the suggestion is to do it to AGND.

What would be the better choice? I'd say: PGND because the 3A gate driver draws from this supply. Also when SW goes low, the boost cap is "suddenly" recharged from this capacitor, currents on the order of 10A wouldn't surprise me....

On the other hand, lots of analog stuff inside the chip is also powered from this supply.... Not ideal....
