I'd like to know about deadtime control.

Do you have a graph for deadtime voltage vs DUTY?
If yes, could you share it?

    Hi Kengo! 

    Thank you for reaching out and for your interest in the TL494! Here is the figure I found: 

    Bear in mind that the Output line above refers to the output of the internal dead time control logic, not the output of the controller. When the Output line above is high, dead time is enforced on the output of the controller. Read through this document on the TL494, it has a lot of great explanations of features like this.
