BQSTUDIO: Gas Gauge Chemistry Updater

Can you share some images of the error messages you receive so I can forward them to the web content team?

Are you running the installer as admin? What's your operating system?

My system is Windows 10 x64 Pro version, I have tried to install by admin, and also have tried to run it by Win 8 compatibility mode, but all got same error.

And I have tried to run it on three difference computers(All with Win10 x64 pro O.S.), but all got same errors.

Here is the screen copy of error message:

Please post image, the upload.cc is blocked by our firewalls.

I also have tried to download by two difference computer and by difference internet connection(One by company's network, another by mobile phone), but all got same error message during installation.

I downloaded and got the same error when running it. I put in a request to re-upload the file.

Still got an error, but this time wait a very long time with hourglass mouse cursor on screen before this error message pop-up.

No any other screen output during installation.

I re-install again, then the error message back to same as first times: 

"Installer payload initialization failed. This is likely due to an incomplete or corrupt downloaded file."

I jumped into this thread late and based on the conversation assumed that you were using bqEVSW. Are you using bqStudio or bqEVSW?

I am using BQStudio.

My problem is from that there is no "Chemistry" menu item in the BQSTUDIO top menu, so I cannot update Chemistry into BQSTDIO, and then I tried to install the Chemistry Updater software and then got installation failed.

Here is the interface of the BQSTUDIO installed in my PC.
