Does the EN pin have internal pull-up? My customer is considering external resistor for fail-safe, but it may not be necessary if internally pulled down.

Hi Masatoshi,

There is no pull down resistor on the enable pin however the leakage current on the enable pin varies based on the input supply. See figure 28 in the datasheet for details.
