TPS92611-Q1: EMC RI issue

Hello,

I used tps92611 IC for rear lamp drive IC. When we do EMC RI test range in 1.2GHZ~1.5GHZ,E=600V/m,  and LED flashed. We tested supply , in , out pins of IC during RI test.

Below is the test result. yellow line=supply, pink line = in , green line=out. in pin voltage changed a lot and at the same time LED flashed a lot too.

With the phenomenon above, I have some questions:

1. the changed voltage of IC pin cause LEDs flash and RI test NG or not?

2. add caps between in pin to GND will work or not?

3. parallel caps with Rcs_reg will work or not?

4. series beads to out pin will work or not?

    Hi 

    If it's a RI test, i think the external capacitor wouldn't work, you should find the source point on PCB board. Could you offer the whole schematic and the layout.

    there is still a point very odd, the output voltage oscillate within 400mV I think that may not trigger the LED blink. Could you also tell me the measure method.
