LM3560: Ramp time

I am trying to use LM3560 the same as I am using LM3643. However, LM3560 does not the have the IR mode which fits our application well. The best mode I can choose of LM3560 is flash mode. But flash mode has a pretty long ramp time. Do you have a recommended external circuit to shorten this ramp time?

Hi Kelly,

The ramp time is designed with the internal logic count circuit and I'm sorry that we can't change it from the external circuit side. But I'm curious about the reason that you change from LM3643 to LM3560.

Sean,

I am driving 6 LEDs and each need to adjusted their current so that they have the same brightness. I already include LM3643,LM3643A. I need another LED driver to be able to drive the remaining 2 that can be driven in IR mode equivalently. These 2 LEDs can be series also. But I am not able to locate a led driver that drive 2 or 4 leds in series and still have the IR mode equivalent feature. If you have such options, it would be very helpful.

Hi Kelly,

Here is the LM36010 which I2C address is 0x64 that can help you for multi-LED application.

Thanks for your reply. But LM36010 only can drive 1 LED. It needs to drive 2 LEDs.
