Can you advice me about How to indicate charging status when using BQ25703A to led blanking ?

We use battery charger ic BQ25703A to charge Battery 7000mA(18650 type: 3500mA *2ea) 1cell.  and charging Voltage will be start from over 3.2V to 4.2V on basis of battery voltage.

so, eventually, we should have to indicate  with charging status for customer's easy view like as blanking(normal charging mode) or lighting (completed charging).

BQ25703A has chrge_ok signal pin , but I just want to how to handle this pin for led base-emitter voltage on-off to indicate charging mode or charging complete status.

Can you guide us, this is right method ? or If other method it is to indicate current charging status through LED lighting ? 

it it very important to customer's view to find out charging status. pls! help me.

    Hi, Kim,

    CHRGOK is an open drain active high indicator to inform the system good power source is connected to the charger input. To show charge complete status, you may need an embedded controller (EC) to read the battery voltage and current information, stop charging, and send out a "charge complete" signal. 

    Alternatively, you may use a standalone charger such as BQ24610.
