Hello,

we are looking for an alternative for BQ24073 (74) with a higher output current, up to 2.5...3 Amp and additional features.

It is allowed to use dc-dc topology for this purpose, but IC should be a power manager for charging Li-Ion/Li-Po.

Main requirements are as follows:

- Output current 2,5...3 Amps  

- Input voltage: 5...10 V

- Output voltage: fixed or adjustable in the range of 4...4.4 V, should be independent to battery voltage level

- Battery maximum voltage 4.2 V

- Load supply automatic source selection from battery or main power supply

- Temperature control by thermistor is mandatory

- All of the setup only by external passives, without any digital interfaces.

    Hi Slava,

    Please take a look at the BQ25616. It features an output current of up to 3.2 for the system, up to 3 A fast charging, output voltage of 3.5 to 4.35 on the SW, power path management, adjustable charge voltage, and thermistor controller temperture montioring.
