We are seeing strange behavior of OUTPUT_A which should follow INPUT_A_NON_INV but latches high when the input is grounded. Has anyone seen this type of latching behavior on the output? Vc=Vin ~15V, OUTPUT_A remains high after INPUT_A_NON_INV drops.
