Hi team,

Do we have minimum limit of TPS259824 Rimon?

My customer want to use INA3221 to detect Rimon voltage, but INA3221 input voltage is quite small, -163mV~+163mV.

If customer use Rimon=163mV*80%/246=530ohm, is it OK?

Hi Miranda,

Yes you can use Rimon = 530 ohms. There is a limitation for the Maximum Rimon value but no limitation on the minimum Rimon value.

From your calculations it looks like you have considered only 1A of load current. Is this the max load current possible in your system ?

Hi Praveen,

Sorry I forgot to consider load current in my previous calculation. The calculation should be Rimon=163mV*80%/(246*load current).
