EV2400: Trouble downloading / running bqsbb.exe

Hi,

I have a customer with the following issue:

After several attempts at downloading bq studio (on a win-7 PC), I get the attached error message when I launch the bqsbb.exe. The SW and driver I’m trying to activate is for an EV2400. Can someone help resolve this?

Hello,

This looks like a bqStudio issue.

Make sure you are downloading the latest bqStudio from ti.com under stable release. Delete the folder called ti/battery management studio.

Resolved by deleting the the folders "ti/battery management" and "firmware updater"; then repeating the download.

Note: I think the problem was running "uninstall.exe" without removing the empty folders afterward.
