Hi TI Team,
I'm have a design using BQ40Z50-R2 to replace BQ20Z80. During comparison test on the SMBus, I found that the output logic low voltage VOL seems a little bit different. BQ40Z50 has about 100mV higher VOL than BQ20Z80 does using same pullup resistors and input resistors.
Can you please explain a little bit why that happens? And is that possible that you can share the test data on Rdson of open-drain FETs on SMBD & SMBC for both bq40z50-R2 & bq20z80A-V100?
